There are no returns for PDF toolkits.

Once you complete your order, your toolkit will be automatically sent to you. Toolkits do not expire and can be downloaded to your device. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any toolkits*.

*Personalized toolkits can be partially refunded under special circumstances. Reach out to our support team if you have a problem with your personalized items to see if you can receive a refund.
